The Future
The EBANGO farm
Currently Bimbia is sparsely populated as many of its citizens have relocated to Limbe in search of jobs. Most of the land in Bimbia is now farmland with projects underway for developing the Slave site.
- The EBANGO Farm is located in Bonabile-Bimbia, is one of the major investments by a Bimbia youth. it is located in Bona Bille and is centered in the cultivation and commercialization of coconuts and plantains.
- The farm is the largest coconut plantation in Fako, and one of the biggest private plantain producers in Fako Division. The project aims to modernize production by introducing irrigation for affordable year round production.

Invitation to the Diaspora
There have been several organized visits from people in the Caribbean and the America’s including the United States who have traced their ancestry to Bimbia. We want to make Bimbia a place of learning, connection and exchange of experience. We hope during your visits, you can learn about your ancestry, the culture, people, and tradition. We want to build a home away from home for you.
